Course Description

The youngest course in the City golf portfolio, Woodley Lakes opened in 1975. It was designed for all skill levels but with its wide fairways and large greens, it is ideal for beginner to intermediate golfers. At over 6,800 yards from the tips and nine acres of water hazards, experienced golfers will find plenty of challenge as well. This golf course is family friendly with the new addition of PGA Level 1 family tees on all 18 holes. With its well-manicured grass tee line, our driving range is one of the most desirable within the city.

My name is Patrick Fracisco, and I have been living and breathing competitive golf for the last 17+ years. I bring that same passion to helping you achieve long drives, ball flight control, and soft touch around the greens.

In your lessons, you will learn the fundamentals: posture, grip, using the ground to sequence rotational power and shallow the club, short game, and on-course strategy.

Depending on your needs, you may choose to work on the Woodley Lakes GC grass driving range, 18-hole golf course, or six putting and chipping greens. I use Flightscope to measure golf ball and club data.

After growing up in the Bay Area, I studied Biomechanical Engineering at Stanford. I have also spent hundreds of hours learning with PGA Tour and LIV Golf Coach George Gankas.

I teach golfers of all ages and skill levels. My students have won multiple tournaments at the regional and NCAA Division 1 level. I interact with my students daily through Instagram and texting. My name is Conor Lavin. I have been a PGA member since 2005. I grew up in Ireland where I turned pro and then located to Los Angeles in 2009.

My coaching focuses on improving fundamentals and creating swing awareness for long term development. I continually strive to develop my coaching knowledge through PGA seminars, self-teaching and shadowing mentors such as James Sieckmann and Chris Mason.

My certifications include Skilled Coaching Alliance, Swing Catalyst Level 2, TPI Level 1 and US Kids Golf L1 Certified. I utilize launch monitor and force plate data while also coaching short game, course management and developing practice plans.
