WEATHER & COURSE CONDITIONS POLICY
RAIN
Do not cancel your tee time due to rain forecasts. If conditions require closure, golf staff will cancel your tee time and issue your green fee deposit refund on the day of your tee time. Golfer initiated tee time cancellations for any reason will result in deposit forfeiture.
ELECTRIC CARTS
If electric carts are unavailable due to weather or course conditions, you may request that golf staff cancel your tee time and refund your green fee deposit. When carts are restricted to cart-path only, tee times will not be canceled and green fee deposits will not be refunded.
HEAT & WIND
Heat and wind conditions do not qualify for tee time cancellations or deposit refunds. You may reschedule your tee time to another day at the same course without penalty through your account if changes are made more than 24 hours in advance of your tee time.
FROST
When frost conditions occur, all tee times before course opening time, as determined by golf maintenance staff, are canceled and green fee deposits will be refunded. If you are affected by a frost delay, you may join the waiting list if you still wish to play. Waiting list requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis with no priority given.
